MHV is proud to participate in the local Hugs from Home program. Hugs from Home is a collection effort to support our service men and women overseas. Collection boxes are currently available at our Saugerties, Hurley Avenue and Highland branches. On the 15th of each month, items are collected and shipped out. This program is not just for the holidays, but rather runs all year long.
Items requested include hard candy (no chocolate), snacks, current DVD & CDs, envelopes, playing cards, magazines, paperback books, toiletries (travel size), batteries, sunscreen, letters from home, etc. |
